Bristol Flyers picked up another win at home after overcoming Leeds Force on Friday night.

The victory for Andreas Kapoulas’ side confirms they will finish above DBL Sharks Sheffield with the chance to climb higher on the final day, Sunday.

Turning point – Bristol made a strong start as they held Leeds to single figures in the opening period, but the visitors did battle back from a double-digit deficit to make things close in the final period. However, the Flyers closed on a 9-0 run to increase the final margin to 17.

Key stat – Leeds gave up 18 turnovers in the contest – double the amount from Bristol and it hurt their chances down the stretch.
