Glasgow Review 9-10

Esh Group has signed a two-year partnership with professional basketball team, Leeds Force.

The deal will see the company retain its position as shirt sponsor and undertake a range of joint community programmes.

Mark Mills, Leeds Force chief executive, said: “As we continue to improve our position in the league it is great to know we have the backing of a great company like Esh Group.

“The partnership goes beyond a simple sponsorship deal and sees both teams working together on making a difference in the community.“

Esh Group is also the current title partner of the most successful franchise in BBL history, the Esh Group Eagles Newcastle.

The company currently employs over 1,000 people in everything from civil engineering and building to commercial and residential property development.

Brian Manning, chief executive of Esh Group, said: “Leeds Force share our commitment to supporting the local community and ambition to grow participation in the sport.

“Esh Group has grown in Yorkshire, and I am sure that the relationship with Leeds Force has supported the development of the brand in this key market.“

Leeds Force play at the Sports Arena on the Headingley Campus of Leeds Beckett University.
